Let’s say you lost 25 lbs by the end of your first month and then lost an additional 10 lbs by the end of both months #2 and #3:
If you selected the plan that provides for the $100/lb incentive, then you would earn the cash rewards according to the following schedule:
Your cash reward would be $3,500 for your initial weight loss. The payout repeats again every 6 months as long as you keep the weight off.
* The first 10 lbs are reserved/initially not eligible for rewards.

Your rewards are electronically loaded/reloaded onto a RealWeigh Debit Mastercard that you will receive in the mail and can spend anywhere.
At the start of your Weight Loss Phase you will have the opportunity to select a plan that best fits your goals, budget and doctor recommendation.
The value of the cash reward per pound is determined by the RealWeigh plan that you select.
